Our technique is based on principles of dynamic balance, seeking the best adaptation to the terrain and the myriad irregularities found in all snow conditions, achieving aggressive yet elegant, exciting, and always controlled skiing. If you're looking for an approach that includes applied skiing biomechanics, training tailored to your needs, and video analysis for a better understanding of the technique, we invite you to join one of our Ski Camps.

Technical development camp:

 

Focus on training your skiing to take it to a higher and more efficient level.

 

Whether your goal is to take AADIDESS exams or to improve yourself.

 

What are we going to do and learn?

- Posture and alignment training.

 

- Development and refinement of carving turns at high speeds and on steeper slopes in a controlled manner.

  - Short parallel turns: To enjoy turns in smaller spaces or on busier slopes, working on turn design, timing, dissociations, etc.

 

- Introduction to skiing on mounds and bumps. Knowing what technique and tactics to use on these slopes.

 

-Off-piste: Techniques and tactics for safer skiing on untreated snow (powder, ice, forests) Technique is our tool for making the necessary adjustments to adapt to the terrain and conditions we encounter on the mountain, seeking a constant balance between internal and external forces.

 

In short, we'll provide you with technical concepts that work on all types of runs and terrain, giving you a foundation for further progress using White Fox  online content (ski tips) and much more!

 

Location: Cerro Catedral.

 

Days: 3 days of skiing. (Full day: 6 hours per day)

Backcountry Camp:

 

A program focused on developing technical skills for off-piste skiing.

 

What are we going to do and learn?

 

-Specific off-piste skiing techniques: Familiarize yourself with skiing on uneven terrain, with natural obstacles and variable slopes.

-Introduction to specific equipment and materials: Use of skins, touring bindings, and avalanche rescue equipment (DVA, shovel, and probe)

-Ascent techniques: We will learn techniques for efficiently ascending the mountain with cross-country skis.

-Terrain management: Know how to interpret the terrain, assess risks, and make appropriate decisions based on snow conditions.

 

In short, we'll provide you with the tools and technical knowledge you need to enjoy this activity safely and responsibly. You'll be able to explore unspoiled areas, connect with nature, and experience unforgettable mountain experiences.

 

Location: Cerro Catedral, Villarrica volcano and volcanoes on Hokkaido Island (Japan).

 

Days: Between 3 and 7 days, depending on the destination (6 hours per day)
